Kettlebell fitness swing

Certified RKC trainer Steve Rowe will start you on the right path with a kettlebell swing exercise routine. Two class times to help fit into your daily schedule.

*TRIAL*class is available ONLY on the first day. Participant must sign a waiver with the instructor prior to the start of class.

  • Class meets either Monday or Saturday mornings.
  • Class held at KettleBell Daily Studio (Oyster River Plaza) 4 Ocean Ave.
  • Bring water bottle and towel.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
