Hatha Yoga

Your instructor Debby Kahan, will teach the participant classic yoga postures, relaxation,imagery,and breathing techniques. Exercises to promote deep stretching for increased flexibility will be included in the session. All yoga levels are welcomed in this program.

  • Our Wednesday class will welcome any and all yoga level participant.
  • Class does not meet on state & federal holidays or noted on registration receipt .
  • Limited number of floor mats available at the progam site.
  • $5 Senior discount applies.
