The West Haven Parks and Recreation Aquatics Department offers a variety of programs for all ages and abilities.  Our adult oriented programs bring fitness to anyone who benefits from being in the pool!  If it's early in the morning to get your fitness swim in or mid-day we have those options for you!

Sunrise Swim:  6:15 - 7:00am (Monday-Friday) Mornings 

Afternoon Swim: 10:30am-11:30am (Monday-Friday)
Time may change depending on School Schedule.

Register at the Park-Rec office or Online!
These programs are for Adults ONLY (+18)
A doctor's approval is required for all Seniors 60 years and older before starting this exercise program.
